4th June 2013On the weekend of 29th and 30th of June Shrewsbury will be host to a weekend centred around food and lots more besides! Shrewsbury's Quarry Park will be the location for an anticipated 5,000 visitors and around 100 producer stands, with a touch of local craft mixed in. There will also be cookery and other demonstrations such as cocktail making in what will be Shrewsbury's first Food Festival.

3rd April 2013Ludlow Food Centre, recently voted Britain's best farm shop, has opened a new cafe restaurant just outside Ludlow. Ludlow Kitchen will open seven days a week and will also offer an evening service until 9pm from Wednesday to Saturday. With 140 covers inside and a further 80 covers in a new courtyard garden, Ludlow Kitchen is one of the largest all day restaurants in the region.
