Festive Fun at Eaton Manor's Christmas Fayre

5th November 2013

Eaton Manor Country Estate, near Church Stretton, has pledged to support Macmillan Cancer Support in Shropshire as its charity of the year to help raise funds for the charity.

They have held a couple of events recently raising over £700 of their £3000 target and, as part of their continuing support, they are holding a special Christmas Fayre on Thursday, 5th December 2013, from 10.30am til 3pm.

There will be lots on offer at the event, from a variety of Christmas stalls selling locally made or sourced goods and produce, to Christmas wreath making workshops where you can make your very own wreath with the help of local florist, Jane Duppa. The wreath making will cost £5 per person (payable on the day) and includes all materials and your own hand-made wreath to take home.

There will be refreshments available, including a light lunch, together with a festive atmosphere to get everyone in the spirit.

Some of the stalls confirmed so far are:

• Festive Flower Arrangements & Wreaths

• Christmas Cakes, Christmas Puddings, Mince Pies, Christmas Petit Fours etc
